Gabriel Moreno serves as the CalAIM Program Director at E Center, where he provides leadership in the development and expansion of healthcare and social service programs across Northern California. With a background in program administration, human resources, compliance, and community-based services, Gabriel is passionate about strengthening programs that improve access to resources and create meaningful opportunities for individuals and families.
