Sara Prather has called the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa region home for the past 14 years and currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Colusa Casino Resort, where she leads a team responsible for advertising, public relations, digital marketing, community partnerships, and guest engagement initiatives. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships across Yuba, Sutter, and Colusa counties, working closely with businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations to support local events, fundraising efforts, and community-focused programs.
With a background in marketing, communications, and business development, Sara is passionate about creating meaningful connections between organizations and the communities they serve. She is dedicated to giving back to the region and supporting opportunities that help local families, businesses, and communities thrive.
Sara joined the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way Board of Directors in 2026 and is honored to support the organization's mission of improving lives and strengthening communities throughout the region.
