United Way Day of Action Food Drive

2016 marks the fifth year of the Yuba-Sutter United Way "Day of Action Food Drive," which collects non-perishable foods for food closets in Yuba, Sutter and Colusa counties. Our goal is to exceed 20,000 pounds this year!

Food donations are now being accepted at the following public locations:

City of Marysville:
City Hall: 526 C Street
E Center: 1128 Yuba Street
Police Department: 316 6th Street
Rabobank: 230 9th Street
Yuba County Courthouse lobby: 215 5th Street
Yuba County Superintendent of Schools: 935 14th Street
Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce: 519 D Street

City of Yuba City:
Bank of Feather River: 855 Harter Parkway
Cambridge College: 990-A Klamath Lane
Sierra Central Credit Union: 1351 Harter Parkway
Sutter County Children and Families Commission: 1531-A Butte House Road
Sutter County Office of Education: 970 Klamath Lane
Sutter County One Stop: 950 Tharp Road, #1000
Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce: 1300 Franklin Road

City of Live Oak:

Cash donations are welcome! All of the money and food  donations will be forwarded to the following participating food pantries:

Catholic Ladies Relief Society; Christian Assistance Network; Marysville First United Methdosit Church; Our Lady of Lourdes Church; The Salvation Army; St. Andrew Presbyterian Church; St. John's Episcopal Church; St. Vincent de Paul and Yuba-Sutter Food Bank.

Drop-Off Locations for food and cash on Saturday, June 25, 9-1 are:

FoodMaxx: 6000 Lindhurst Avenue, Marysville
Save Mart: 828 J Street, Marysville
Grocery Outlet: 1721 Colusa Highway, Yuba City
Walgreens: 855 Colusa Highway, Yuba City

Volunteers are needed on Saturday, June 25th, 8 am-3pm, for the "Day of Action Food Drive."
