Spooktacular River Run Sponsorships

The date is set for this year’s Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way’s 11^th annual Live United-Run United, Spooktacular River Run. This 5K and 10K run/walk is a family event, fun for all ages.

Please join us by sponsoring the 2023 Spooktacular River Run taking place on Saturday morning, October 28, 2023. Please respond no later than OCTOBER 10^th, 2023 to be included in event media and event t-shirt.

Once again, the run/walk will traverse the Feather River levees, beginning and ending at Gauche Aquatic Park in Yuba City. 2022’s event drew 224 runners/walkers and raised over $13,000!

Your sponsorship will make a significant difference in our community in support of our 27 local non-profit Partner Agencies, our many community projects and services, including the “United Way Born Learning Academy” which premiered in local schools one year ago and has received very high marks from the 80 families completing the course, the teachers and the two local school districts the program was held in.  The Born Learning Academy is continuing in our local preschools beginning this fall.  The academy is a series of six free workshops for parents with children ages birth through 5 years that provides families with tools and resources to turn everyday activities into early learning moments which helps prepare young children for success in school and life.
