Executive Director Position Available

Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way

The Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way is seeking an Executive Director to lead our organization as we continue our tradition of strengthening communities through effective partnerships and compassionate giving since 1968.

This is a 3-month contract position (minimum 24 hours/week) with an option to extend, offering a $3,000 monthly stipend. The role combines in-office work at our Yuba City, CA location with remote work flexibility and extensive community field work throughout the region. At the 6-month mark, parties will assess organizational viability and strategic direction to determine next steps for long-term employment.

The immediate focus of the Executive Director will be to develop relationships with organizations and community partners with the goal of increasing ongoing donations and sustainable revenue streams.
